Samenvatting

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of reception of fish and shellfish, within the professional area of fishing and navigation. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to contribute to the basic operations of manipulating and processing fishing and aquaculture products.

Doelstellingen

- Describe the hygiene and health methods that must be observed in people, equipment, materials and facilities, to guarantee the health quality of the product, during their reception and manipulation. - Explain the current regulations regarding the requirements and hygienic norms applicable to manipulators, equipment and materials during the processing of fishing products, so that their preservation is ensured. - Perform the conditioning of the raw material on board or in other facilities, so that its deterioration is minimized and its subsequent manipulation is facilitated. - Describe the different ways of receiving the product, taking into account the form of extraction, species, or particularities of the means of transport, in order to avoid damage that may harm their subsequent manipulation.

Professionele mogelijkheden

He develops his professional activity as a worker on behalf of others, in public or private companies, large, medium or small, dedicated to the extraction, conservation, transformation, storage and/or commercialization of fishing and aquaculture products (ships, markets, refrigerator warehouses, aquaculture plants, frozen industries, jets ...), being able to exercise their work both on board and on the ground.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2535 Formative Unit. Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
