Samenvatting

During childhood it will be vital to know thoroughly the needs and obligations of the little ones to offer them an education and a series of indispensable values for a proper physical and emotional development. We also have to know that music education has been within the Spanish education system for many years, what we will discuss in this course is to turn one more and learn to use music as an integration instrument. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to be able to define, sequence and evaluate learning, interpreting them in the context of child development from zero to six years, in addition to providing students with the basic and important concepts of music education as well as learning to use them in class in a correct and functional way, learning techniques and resources for their application and knowing the evolutionary characteristics of children and professional work according to great diversity.

Doelstellingen

- Identify the individual capacities of children, referring to the stages of development. - Identify and sequencing that learning favoring cognitive, sensory and motor development. - Plan the temporary organization of the institution verifying its adaptation to the characteristics and moments of the recipients. - Analyze, elaborate and apply evaluation instruments and techniques that allow their adaptation to different ages and contexts. - Define and apply techniques and procedures to assess the learning of children, checking the skills developed and the achievements obtained. - Define specific actions for boys and girls with special/specific educational needs. - Assess the exploration of the sensory qualities of objects as a means to favor child development. - Assess psychomotor education as a need to exploration of the human being to achieve knowledge of self and its environment, and to place educational intervention. - Start and develop musical knowledge based on the foundations of music and education and musical didactics. - Know the main musical methodologies. - Understand the musical world that surrounds us and know the main epochs, musical styles and composers. - Develop auditory and sound capacity. - Learn to value traditional musical manifestations. - Deepen the fundamental aspects of music education.

This course is aimed at all those teachers of early childhood education, primary education, secondary education teachers, psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, etc. And, in general, any university degree interested in performing their professional work in the teaching field.
