ACCOUNTING COURSE EXPERT AGREEMENT IN ADVANCED ACCOUNTING. Specialization in accounting closure + university degree (8 ECTS credits)

The closure of accounting is an essential process at the end of each exercise and it is essential to know how to make the appropriate calculations and adjustments in order to obtain reliable data to determine the economic result. With the main knowledge and tools of the analysis of the economic and financial indicators we can obtain valid conclusions about the solvency and profitability of the organization that will allow us to make financial decisions to increase the profitability of the company and make a distribution of the result according to the economic and financial situation of the company.

- Know the accounting and commercial regulation in the distribution of the result of society. - Determine in a correct way the result of the exercise distinguishing between the expenses and income that is considered affect the profit and loss account and those that are directly imputed to the net assets. - Prepare the company's annual accounts, starting from the accounting situation found on December 31. - Analyze the causes of society's results, whether they are positive as if they are negative and be able to understand motivation in order to make decisions. - Prepare the financial statements to be delivered in the registry, both those required for small businesses and for those who have no consideration. - Determine what are the legal restrictions for the distribution of dividends to the partners, the compulsory endowments to reservations and the conditions in the participation of administrators, founders and workers

This course aims to give students the necessary tools to effectively carry out the closure of the accounting of any type of company, to carry out a deep analysis of the economic and financial situation at a given time and establish the distribution basis of the result to be included in the societies tax such as the justification of the same for the approval of accounts and distribution of results in front of the partners in the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for this purpose.

Aimed at professionals in the accounting sector, entrepreneurs, advisors, managers and graduates / graduates in the Branch of Business Administration and Directorate or people who have knowledge in accounting and taxation and wish to expand their studies in the treatment of the accounting exercise.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
