Approach course to sleep pathology (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

In current society marked by stress, anxiety and an accelerated activity rhythm both in working and personal life, the appearance of pathologies related to sleep quality is common. These may be preceded by harmful habits such as drug abuse and electronic devices, or their own diseases such as apnea. Throughout this training you will discover as a professional what are the main diseases that may arise and what are the therapies to try to improve the patient's quality of life. This training provides you with a flexible online teaching system, with updated content and the best specialized teaching team at your disposal.

The main work outputs of this course in the approach to sleep pathology are those associated with the areas of pharmacy, nursing, medicine, neurology, physiotherapy and psychology. You will improve your work profile with this specialization or you can become a specialist in the treatment of sleep disorders and their consequences.

This training in the approach to sleep pathology prepares you to identify possible pathologies and sleep disorders between your patients and establish the necessary guidelines to treat them and improve their quality of life. You will discover the tools and skills necessary to guide the patient towards an improvement of their sleep quality, either from treatments based on healthy habits to more specialized ones.

This course is aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, graduates, graduates or diplomas of the branches of pharmacy, medicine, nursing, physiotherapy and psychology that wish to specialize in the treatment of pathologies derived from sleep to improve the service offered to your current or potential patients.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
