Course in conciliation as a form of conflict resolution

The current state of the administration of justice and the incipient growth of social conflicts due to the complexity of the society in which we live, has led to rethinking the way of ending them. In recent years, the increase in alternative conflict resolution methods has been a specific reality, for whose task a set of professionals with the corresponding training in said area is necessary. In the next ten years we face the challenge of being prepared for this new reality.

- Know the figure of conciliation from a multidisciplinary perspective. - Place the student in the legal environment in which the conciliation develops with greater incidence. - Facilitate tools that allow addressing conflicts from the perspective of conciliation, within these. - Know the territorial levels where the different conflict resolution procedures are developed.

Judicial Secretary in the judicial bodies where conciliation activity takes place, also allows to provide tools both jurists and social graduates, in the practice of their daily activities, being a perfect complement.

This expert course aims to address the issue of conciliation from a generic and multidisciplinary perspective. On a second level, it aims to provide scientific and social knowledge to address the task of reconciliation in the various territorial and competence areas.

Aimed at university graduates in the legal and social branch, interested in directing their professional career towards one of the most innovative fields in the field of social conflict resolution, with special emphasis on conflicts in the workplace. In general, all those interested in training professionally in the acquisition of conciliation techniques.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
