Summary
The practice of underwater activities entails great risks to the body, being able to develop injuries and accidents. Therefore, it is essential that there are specialized health personnel in underwater activities, in order to prevent these risks in potential patients and treat them in case something happens to them. This Sanitary Training Course in underwater activities aims to provide the student with the necessary knowledge and capacities to take care of patients carrying out diving and other underwater activities. These care are focused on the forecast and care of injury through different techniques such as oxygen therapy or hyperbaric medicine.

This health training course in underwater activities prepares to be able to serve patients who have suffered accidents or suffered injuries derived from underwater practices such as diving. To be able to develop these care, this course pretend to train you in the different methods of treatments, as well as to know and use all the necessary tools to be able to do them successfully.

This health training course in underwater activities is aimed at all those health professionals in general, and to the students of MIR, medicine or interested in particular, who intend to acquire knowledge and competences in health training related to underwater activities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
