The conflict is a situation in which two or more people enter in opposition or disagreement, because their positions, interests, needs, desires or values are incompatible or perceived as incompatible, so that emotions and feelings play a very important role in them. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
