Course MF0235-3 Administrative Management of Human Resources in Public Administrations

Each of the public administrations has for the exercise of their functions with a large number of personnel to their service. Approximately two million employees at the service of the administration form a large and heterogeneous set of workers, being necessary for the regulation of their actions, their rights and their obligations, the establishment of a common link between them. With this course the student will learn the necessary knowledge to carry out the administrative management of human resources in public administrations and companies related to them.

- Apply, in the most significant cases, the legislation on human resources for the preparation and processing of type files. - Apply administrative procedures related to the selection, training and promotion of human resources in accordance with current legislation. - Analyze current regulations in hiring human resources in Public Administrations for official and labor personnel - Prepare payroll applying current legislation and using computer applications for the management of payrolls and social insurance - Analyze administrative, labor, union and fiscal regulations Occupational Risk Prevention Legislation in Public Administrations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0235_3 Administrative Management of Human Resources in Public Administrations, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed for all those who want to guide their future work in the administrative management of human resources in public administrations, or those who want to update their professional knowledge related to this sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
