Summary

The Sommelier is an expert person in the world of wine and is able to recognize the characteristics, defects and virtues of this drink. This has become a need for both them and the diners. This Superior Course in Cooks + Sommelier University Course offers specialized training in the field and will train you to be able to exercise as a professional sommelier, in addition to offering a wide tour of the student in oenology and pairing issues for the kitchen, because the objective is not only formative, but the student enjoy learning.
