Summary

Within the world of chemistry it is necessary to know the transformation operations of thermoplastic polymers. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the preparation of machines and facilities for the transformation of polymers.

Goals

- Mount or collaborate in the assembly of molds or matrices according to plans, using the appropriate means and tools. - Put and control the heating, cooling, hydraulic or tire of basic or auxiliary facilities and facilities. - Prepare the raw material feeding system and other auxiliary systems of the transformation machines, ensuring that the process is carried out with the guarantees required in the procedure. - Perform first level maintenance and check risk prevention systems. - Comply with safety standards in people, materials and machines following correct manufacturing standards.
