MF1149-3 Course design of industrial pipe schemes

Today it is important to know how to develop and know in depth that area in which we want to work or intervene in a way not only professional, but also due to personal interests. This course aims to teach to design and prepare the technical documentation of industrial pipe facilities, starting with a projects and basic engineering instructions, complying with the required regulations, with quality criteria, safety and environmental protection.

- Calculate the dimensions of the products designed, to support loads and flow, complying with the norms of occupational and environmental risk prevention. - Design the automation of industrial pipelines, to establish the conditions and the operation cycle, complying with the norms of occupational and environmental risk prevention. - Design the automation of industrial pipe facilities, to establish the conditions and the operating cycle, complying with the regulations for the prevention of labor irrigation. - Learn the different types of valves and their operation. - Know the different techniques of graphic representation of pipes and accessories and know how to apply them.

This professional exercises its activity developing the function of definition and development of industrial pipe facilities. Work autonomously in small -sized companies and in simple projects. In medium or large companies, it depends on higher levels and develops their work based on preliminary drafts and basic engineering instructions.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1149_3 training module design of industrial pipe schemes certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who professionally or by personal interest are interested in mechanical manufacturing and more specifically in mechanical constructions.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
