MF1214-3 Course Administration of Business Resource Planning and Client Management Systems

At present, which changes vertiginously, requires that companies have agility, flexibility and ability to adapt to new environments quickly and even spontaneous. Competition in an increasingly globalized world causes companies to be better and ERP and CRM management systems help achieve those objectives. Thus, in this course, sufficient knowledge will be provided to manage business resources planning and customer relationship management systems.

- Identify the configuration parameters and maintenance operations of the operating system and data manager in ERP-CRM systems, and perform administration tasks to ensure operation. - Identify the processes of the different ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems, monitor them and resolve the incidents that occur to maintain the functionality and performance of the system. - Describe the operation and manage the system of transport of objects and components between the different development, test and exploitation environments, to maintain the flow of modifications and their verification before being released for use by the end user, according to technical and functional requirements. - Describe the operation and periodically launch the data extraction procedures that feed the data, CRM and data warehouse systems to maintain the actuality of your information. - Identify the techniques and tools to guarantee customer access and information integrity, and administer the safety of ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems.

It develops its professional activity in the area of computer systems and development of companies or public or private entities, both on their own, and on behalf of any size, that have business resources planning systems and customer relation management (ERP CRM systems).

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the training module 1214_3 Administration of Business Resource Planning and Client Relationship Management Systems, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are interested, either on a professional level, in acquiring knowledge of the administration and programming in business resources planning systems and customer relation management, more specifically, with the related to the administration of the operating system in ERP-CRM systems, the administration of the data manager in ERP-CRM systems and the security operations in ERP_CR Systems and data warehouse.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
