MF1849-2 Course Verification of Aerospace Elements of Composite Material

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different manufacturing fields of aerospace elements with compound materials, within the professional aeronautical construction area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to verify aerospace elements of compound material.

Obtain the necessary information to inspect aerospace elements of compound material included in the technical documentation, complying with the applicable quality standards. Visually inspect aerospace components of compound material, attending to the documentation and complying with the quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. Perform dimensional control, applying adequate metrological techniques, of aerospace elements of compound material, attending to the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. Inspect aerospace elements of composite material by applying non -destructive tests, according to technical documentation and complying with quality standards, risk prevention and environmental protection. Register the results obtained in the non -destructive test in the corresponding report, according to the technical documentation and comply with quality standards. Apply the norms of occupational risk and protection of the environment in the process of verification of aerospace elements of compound material.

He develops his professional activity, both on his own and on behalf of others, in small and medium -sized companies of both public and private, dedicated to the manufacture of aerospace elements with composite materials and to the correction of defects, depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to have a personal level of lower level.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1849_2 Training Module of Aerospace Elements of Composite Material that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacture, specifically in the manufacture of aerospace elements with compound materials, within the professional area of aeronautical construction, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the verification of aerospace elements of compound material.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
