Online retributive equality course: Retributive equality course at work between women and men

Since April 14, 2021, Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13. A regulation that seeks to make effective equality between women and men, developing point 28 of the Statute of Workers (modified by Royal Decree Law 20219). This course aims to offer students the necessary knowledge to train in remuneration equality. As well as knowing how to make records and know different aspects related to equal opportunities eliminating discrimination based on sex.

- Recognize the role of women and men in the labor market. - Know what occupational segregation is and how to deal with it. - Study the wage gap and the regulatory framework that surrounds it. - Indicate that it is remuneration equality and know how to carry out a record of this. - Know equality plans as tools for reducing the wage gap.

This formation certifies having exceeded the contents that are developed throughout the course and having achieved the objectives described in it. This course is focused to provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and competences that allow them to develop their work on remuneration equality in the work between women and men having as a reference the Royal Decree 902-2020.

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of equality, specifically in remuneration equality at work and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to equality in the workplace and if salary compensation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
