- Know in depth labor legislation through the Workers' Statute, the Spanish Constitution, the Organic Law on Freedom of Association, the General Law on Social Security, the Law on the Prevention of Occupational Risks and Collective Bargaining. - Acquire skills about the employment contract, such as the organizations that intervene in relation to the contract and Social Security obligations. - Be able to identify the parts and contents of an employment contract. - Know the different modalities of labor contracting. Differences between the different types of contracts and their modifications, and the processes by which a contract is terminated.
