- Identify the different raw materials and materials used in the elaboration of innovative and special compositions, as well as the concepts applied to floral art. - Prepare innovative and special compositions, analyzing and describing the methods of creation of florist and applying floral art techniques. - Analyze public service techniques in the application for products and/or services, and in a teaching-learning context apply them to meet its demands. - Organize the operation of the Florist Commercial Department through the definition of the processes and techniques used. - Solve complaints and claims analyzing their causes, extracting information from them and describing the techniques applied in their management. - Make reports of the blooming activity describing the main information and control systems and analyzing the factors that influence commercial management and sales optimization.

It develops its professional activity in the areas of creation and elaboration of compositions and ornamentations with flowers and plants, and of marketing and distribution, in florist and floral services companies of any size, both on their own and of others.
