Sampling course for laboratory: MF2135_3 Animal sampling and sanitary control laboratory tests

In the field of Agrarian, it is necessary to know the different fields of assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms, within the professional livestock area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to take animal samples and the laboratory tests required in health control.

- Specify proceedings for collecting, preparation and analysis of animal samples so that they allow verifying the analysis results carried out by an operator of an establishment within the self -control system. - Apply procedures for collecting, preparation and analysis of animal samples, in the Tricin investigation, according to protocols - Apply procedures for collecting animal samples in the context of animal disease surveillance and control, including transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (EETS), according to protocols. - Apply collection and preparation procedures in animal samples in the investigation of residues of unauthorized substances, medications and chemical pollutants, according to protocols. - Apply collection and preparation procedures in animal samples in the investigation of beta-agonists and other waste in the slaughterhouse itself, according to protocols.

He develops his professional activity as a dependent worker, being part of an inspection team, in slaughterhouses in which abasting animals (ugulated, birds, lagomorphs) and breeding hunting are sacrificed and slaughtered, enchanted one of the areas of the sacrifice and slaughter line: reception of animals, stunning, sacrifice, bleed of channels, in exploded rooms in which they bonate, win and prepare channels and in hunting manipulation establishments where hunting and flesh are prepared, under the supervision and guidance of the person responsible for health controls.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2135_3 training module that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of agrarian, specifically in assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms, within the professional livestock area, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to take animal sampling and laboratory tests required in health control.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
