UF0495 COURSE DEVELOPMENT IN PIPES

In the field of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction in particular, it is very important to proceed correctly in carrying out operations of elaboration, assembly and assembly of pipes, accessories and incorporated elements, as well as basic union operations, following the established procedures, interpreting plans and technical documentation, attending and respecting at all times the quality standards, environment and prevention of occupational risk. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to correctly draw developments in pipes.

- Prepare the machines and layout equipment, relating the material (tubes, flanges, elbows, or others) and the pipeline layout with the equipment, tools and supplies necessary for the manufacture of different sections of pipe, complying with the required technical specifications, quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Draw the developments in various geometric shapes and intersections in tubes to define their forms.

This professional is integrated into the production area. It depends organically on an intermediate command. In certain cases, operators may have under its responsibility, depending directly on the production manager.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0495 Training Unit of developments in pipeline The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the layout and machining of pipes in a general way and, more specifically, with the layout of developments in pipes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
