UF0523 Course Management of the Constitution and Contracting Documentation of the Company

Within the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of documentary and management assistance in offices and offices, within the professional area of information and communication management. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare and present legal and business documentation and documentation before agencies and public administrations.

- Analyze the legal documents necessary for the constitution and legal functioning of the different organizations, taking into account the current civil and commercial regulations. - Distinguish public procurement processes and procedures interpreting the legal regulations applicable to the processing and presentation procedures. - Complete the most common private hiring models in the business field, identifying and applying current civil and commercial regulations.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of medium and small businesses, or in governmental and non -governmental organizations. It acts depending on professionals and offices, or the Directorate of Human Resources Departments, being able to make decisions with autonomy and responsibility by delegation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0523 Management of the Constitution and Hiring Documentation of the Company, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in documentary and management assistance in offices and offices, within the professional area of information and communication management, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of the documentation of constitution and contracting of the company.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
