UF0585 COURSE COST COURS IN MECHANIZED AND CONFORMED PROCESSES

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the calculation of costs in machining and forming production processes within the professional area of mechanical operations. Thus, with this course, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the application of the calculation of costs in machining processes by cutting and formed.

- Analyze the criteria that influence the times and costs of cutting and formed machining operations. - Interpret a process sheet (stages, phases, operations, operating sketches, control instruments, cutting parameters ...) to obtain a piece by cutting and formed, optimizing times and costs. - Develop systems to reduce times and costs decomposing work in elements, timing, reorganizing tasks, and so on. - Determine the cost of a mechanized operation by cutting and shaped according to the price of the factors involved in it, estimating the time needed to perform it. - Interpret catalogs and commercial offers related to the materials and tools involved in the process of mechanized by cutting and formed. - Establish the relationships that exist between the variables involved in the machining cost (cutting time, unproductive time, cost of materials, labor cost, tools cost, indirect costs, energy costs).

It exercises its activity in functions of preparation of machines or systems for the cutting and forming of sheet metal (presses, punches, bendingness, sheet processing lines, laser cut, water jet cut, etc.), as well as the execution of the mechanized by cutting and formed or related procedures, either in conventional or CNC machines.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0585 Cost calculation in mechanized and shaped machining processes. Certifying having exceeded the different units of competence included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at mechanical manufacturing professionals, specifically in mechanized by cutting and formed, within the professional area of mechanical operations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the calculation of costs in mechanized and forming processes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
