Summary
The objective of this training lies in complying with the requirements required by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in the 4/2017 Technical Guide for the evaluation of the knowledge and competencies of the personnel that informs and advise. Specifically, it is established that continuing training for personnel that advise must be minimum of 30 annual teaching hours. The Course in Resertification in Financial Advice (MIFID) has 30 teaching hours regarding the rectification character based on content related to profitability and credit risk. Once an academic certificate will have been issued once the subjects are recorded and the hours of training that enable the professional to keep their knowledge related to the rectification of the MIFID certificate updated.
