This course enables him for the free exercise of the judicial expert function in land pollution in the judicial processes of labor, civil or criminal as well as to work on behalf of others. In addition, this course enables you to be able to perform actions related to soil manipulation, elaboration of conceptual soil models and prepares you to face the various tasks of contaminated soil management and recovery. With this judicial expert course you can exercise demands from individuals and societies, administration and justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a diploma that will allow him to register as a professional associate in Aspejure and be able to exercise in the courts and courts. This course is aimed at judicial experts, jurists, sociologists, psychologists, workers and social educators and any student of these disciplines, officials of the administration of justice, penitentiary institutions, members of the State Security bodies and forces and any person interested in the world of judicial performance in land pollution.
