Machined course and machine maintenance: MF2162_3 Management and supervision of the maintenance of machining machines by decoetaje

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of decoletaje manufacturing, within the professional area mechanical production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage and supervise the maintenance of machining machines by decoetaje.

- Analyze the technical documentation of machines and decoetaje equipment, identifying the components and operations necessary to plan and program maintenance processes. - Prepare maintenance and fault repair procedures in machines and decoletaging equipment, determining operations, materials, means and execution supervision. - Prepare the preventive maintenance procedures in machines and decoletaje equipment, determining operations, materials, media and execution supervision. - Apply programming techniques that optimize resources, loads and production quality, in order to prepare the intention and monitoring programs of maintenance. - Analyze the norms of occupational risk and protection of the environment in the existing maintenance and repair processes in machines and decoetaje equipment, establishing application guidelines guaranteeing compliance with them.

It develops its professional activity in the planning and production areas of large, medium or small businesses, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the manufacture of pieces mechanized by decoetaje, being able to be in their lower level personal charge.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2162_3 management and supervision of the maintenance of machines for decoetaje, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism. respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in manufacturing by decoetaje, within the professional area mechanical production, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to manage and supervise the maintenance of machines of mechanized by decoletage.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
