Summary
Within the work the existence of an empathic leader and the absence of conflicts transfer an optimal situation for work to the company. The course intends that the student be aware of the need for prevention, management and solution to conflicts, because if both issues are taken into account, results of cooperation and good climate will be obtained in all aspects.
