Master Civil Law: Master in Civil Law online + University Degree (+6 ECTS)

Civil law is the branch of law that includes a system of principles, rights and norms through which the legal relations and links established among citizens are regulated. Through the present Master Civil Law aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge to know in depth all the rights included in civil law, such as family law, succession right, real rights and mortgages.

- Know the relevant aspects of civil law: norms, rights, obligations, etc. - Determine the rights of people in this area (family, successions, contracts, real rights and mortgages). - Develop the general aspects of civil law following everything established in the law. - Analyze family law. - Analyze the right of successions. - Analyze real rights and mortgage law. - Know the legal regime and the organization of the Civil Registry. - Study civil responsibility and mediation in the civil sphere, for its incidence in this branch of law.

Thanks to the Master Civil Law, you can know in depth all the rights included in civil law, such as family law, inheritance right, real rights and mortgage, as well as the most relevant concepts in relation to mediation and civil liability.

The Civil Law Master is aimed at professionals and students in the field of law who wants to expand or update their knowledge in this branch of law, as well as any person who has an interest in training in any of the rights that copy this specialization, such as family right, the right of successions, real rights and mortgages.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
