Summary

Urban management, through which the execution of the different urban plans is carried out, is a practice that has been carried out for decades with better or worse results in almost all cities and municipalities of our country. Despite being a consolidated practice, we must bear in mind that both the new needs of users and the changes in the life rhythms of recent years, have transforming the concept of planning and make necessary the use of new figures and technologies. Through the present Master of Architecture, students are offered the necessary knowledge in these subjects, allowing the development of projects in architecture and urbanism to successfully carry out.

Goals

Among the main objectives of the Master of Architecture we can highlight: - Know the legal framework on which urban management is supported. - Describe the basic soil states in current regulations. - Establish soil valuations and the current forced expropriation regime. - Clarify the operation system of the Property Registry and its functions. - Know and determine the field and scope of action according to the current regulations of urban law. - Recognize what rights and duties are responsible for dictating the precise actions in relation to urban planning. - Inquire about the type of valuations that are made according to the valuations of rural or urban land. - Determine what forced expropriation and patrimonial responsibility are. - Point out the functions carried out by the Property Registry according to current current regulations. - Develop the Urbanism concept, together with its importance for the city. - Recognize planning figures. - List urban instruments. - Set the characteristics of good urban management. - Describe the rights and duties of citizens with respect to the land. - Establish guidelines to achieve a sustainable city. - Analyze the design of road and urban roads. - Know the signaling, beacon, containment and urban furniture systems associated with roads and urban roads. - Assess the fulfillment of the normative demands and/or the application recommendations and propose alternatives. - Analyze the design processes of a road or urbanization. - Use the new design tools for civil works. - Classify documentation and information and identify agents related to their design and execution. - Know the valuations of the land law. - Acquire the basic notions of urban management. - Make buildings evaluation reports. - Know the key aspects about forced expropriation and patrimonial responsibility. - Know the concept and principles of the forced expropriation law. - Establish the characteristics and guidelines that govern the expropriation procedure. - Analyze the right of reversal. - Determine the right of expropriatory challenge. - Learn to carry out the determination of the justification of the expropriable object. - Conceptualize the expropriation agreement as part of the procedure. - Know what direct occupation and expropriations begged and their regulation in the forced expropriation law. - Learn everything related to the registration of forced expropriation in the Property Registry. - Describe the nature of a project and its life cycles. - Present the phases of the planning process of a project. - Offer the keys of action in the execution phase of a project. - Describe the different areas of project control: time, costs, risks and quality. - Develop the necessary skills and skills to manage the project team.
