Master School Mediation: Master in Mediation and Conflict Resolution in the classroom + university degree (5 ECTS credits)

School mediation is a preventive and proactive system that, through the training of students, teachers and educational community in general in a series of social, communicative and emotional intelligence skills, aims to help in conflict resolution and the improvement of school climate. In recent years it has been demonstrating that school mediation is the strategy of improvement of coexistence in this area that is achieving higher levels of transformation, both in people and in school institutions, since it allows to reach a more peaceful and productive school climate, while reducing the number of sanctions, school failure and bullying. In addition, through school mediation it is possible to achieve a participatory and cooperative system in coexistence management, since conflict people decide which are the best solutions with the help of specialists in school mediation. Through this master mediation, students are offered the right training to learn to implement these strategies professionally in the educational field.

- Know the different profiles of minors, attending to their needs and promoting the satisfaction of their rights. - Identify the different situations of risk and social difficulty faced by minors. - Analyze the risk factors of adolescents regarding violence and drugs. - Study the different educational styles and models of families. Thanks to the master mediation, you can develop knowledge, both theoretical and practical, required to launch all kinds of mediation processes and activities in educational fields. In addition, with this training you will be enabled to register in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice, from which you can choose to mediate in cases designated by the Ministry. The course is adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13, Euroinnova being a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, being able if the student requests it, communicate the data of the student and the formative action to the Ministry of Justice Telematically for the speed of the discharge and registration as a mediator.

The master mediation master is mainly directed to all types of professionals and students related to the educational field, such as: teacher, high school teacher, social worker, social educator, street educator, social mediator, youth, youthful, immigration technician, leisure monitor and free time, licensed in psychology, sociology, pedagogy, pedagogy, psycho -pedagogy. Similarly, he addresses anyone who, for personal or professional issues, has an interest in training in school mediation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
