MF0289_3 COURSE CONTROL OF PRODUCTS IN LONJA

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of organizational organization, within the fishing and navigation area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to control the origin of the product received in the fish market, ensuring traceability, adaptation of sizes and their sanitary hygienic state.

- Receive the product by completing and processing the necessary documents to guarantee its traceability. - Describe the functions linked to the organization of the Lonja in terms of marketing the product received. - Verify the conditions of conservation, freshness, sizes and documentation generated of the received products. - Establish the health and quality control conditions that the received product must meet.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of public or private, large, medium and small, or other establishments for receiving, exhibition and/or first sale of fishing products.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF0825 training unit Verification of the legal and hygienic-sanitary conditions of fishing products, belonging to the MF0289_3 formative module Through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by professional competencies or training. formal).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the maritime fisheries world, specifically in the organization of Lonjas, within the professional area Fisheries and Navigation, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to control the origin of the product received in the fish market, ensuring traceability, adaptation of sizes and their sanitary hygienic state.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
