MF1035-3 Course training in socio-labor skills of people with disabilities

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the training in socio -labor skills of people with disabilities.

- Promote personal autonomy for socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities through skill training. - Promote social skills depending on the user to achieve socio -labor insertion. - Train work skills, required by the user to achieve labor insertion and maintenance. - Support and stimulate communication with users using, if necessary, - intervene in situations that can cause alterations in the user behavior that requires it to favor its adaptation in the work environment, under the supervision of the competent professional, if necessary.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public organizations and institutions that have as its object the development of social intervention programs, occupational or socio -labor insertion and equal opportunities. It is integrated into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1035_3 Module Training in socio -labor skills of people with disabilities certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically to the labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area Social Attention that they intend to obtain knowledge related to training in socio -labor skills of people with disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
