MF1444-3 course and tutoring of training actions for employment

To develop the teaching of professional training for employment, it is essential to know how to program, teach, tutor and evaluate training actions of the Subsystem of Professional Training for Employment, preparing and using materials, means and didactic resources, guiding on the training itineraries and professional exits offered by the labor market in its specialty, permanently promoting the quality of training and didactic update. Therefore, this course is intended to provide the necessary competences to teach and tutoring training actions for employment, using techniques, strategies and didactic resources.

- Define strategies that facilitate adult learning, prior to training action. - Promote the motivation and active participation of students. - Use communication techniques applicable and adapted to training action. - Apply the teaching skills necessary to develop the delivery of training action favoring the teaching -learning process. - Provide personalized skills and strategies to improve students to favor their learning, in face -to -face and online training, supervising their development. - Provide strategies and skills to favor learning in online training supervising its development.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1444_3 training module. During Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those linked to the teaching of professional training for employment, either at a professional level or for particular interest. More specifically, those person who are linking with the teaching and tutoring of training actions for employment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
