MF2169-3 course and operational emergency demand protocols and plans

In the field of safety and the environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of teleoperations of attention, management and coordination of emergencies, within the professional area security and prevention. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the protocols and operational plans of citizen emergency demand.

- Indicate the main characteristics of the Civil Protection and Emergencies system at the national level. - Recognize the structure, as well as organic and hierarchical relations, of the agencies involved in the National Emergency and Civil Protection systems in Spain. - Differentiate the legal responsibilities of the operators, given the decision making of the Emergency Coordination Center. - Identify the different elements of management systems in coordination centers and associated technologies (managing systems). - Check the correct operation of the equipment and applications to be used in the workplace of the coordination center. - Analyze the information of technical and specialized tatos bases, as well as technological communications systems, inferring relevant aspects for operative operations.

He develops his professional activity in Emergency and Emergency Coordination Centers.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2169_3 Formative Module Protocols and Operational Plans of Citizen Demand of Emergency Certifying having exceeded the different Units of Competition in it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for the obtaining of the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of safety and environment, specifically in Teleoperations of Care, Management and Emergency Coordination, within the professional area Security and Prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the protocols and operational plans of citizen demand for emergency citizen demands.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
