Resumen

In order to carry out the approaches, objectives, purposes and business strategy, in a matter of personnel management, it is necessary that a concretion of the business strategy be carried out through the realization of a good human resources strategy, which in turn relies on a good planning of troops to avoid personnel extra costs and consequently to the company. With this process it is achieved that an effective selection of personnel be made, incorporating or promoting the most valid and competent person/s to perform the position to be covered, as well as avoid oversized or infradimensive templates and not give option to urgency and bad hiring.
