Business activity has an important public dimension and in relation to other companies and institutions. In it, observing courtesy rules and good manners determines the corporate image of it. Business activity is often linked to the organization of congresses, concerts, exhibitions, awards, etc., that demonstrate the social dimension of their activity. Responding to these demands of the company, this course offers a presentation of the bases of the institutional and business protocol in order to give the company, and the people in charge of the organization of events (congresses, fairs), guidelines that projected in a visual way the corporate image of the reference entity.
