Superior Succession Course: upper course in liquidation of inheritances and donations

The Inheritance and Donations Tax, given its legal complexity and the recent obligation of its self -assessment, is raised as a need in the formation of jurists and advisors. Through this upper course, students will receive both theoretical and practical training, specialized and updated in succession law and in the management of the Tax on Succession and Donations, which will allow them to perform legal, fiscal and tax advice functions in everything related to this tax.

With this course in successions it is intended: - Provide the student with the legal concepts necessary to understand the succession subject. - Present the general map of the hereditary distribution by setting the basic rules that any testing succession must respect. - Understand the legal concepts inherent to the succession matter and the efficient settlement of the inheritance tax. - Establish the steps to follow in the hereditary distribution. - Know, liquidate and manage the Inheritance Tax. - Solve any testamentary problems and how to legally order any type of succession.

Thanks to the realization of this course, the person who has done it will be able to perform a profession such as professionals dedicated to advice in general who want to expand their offer of services being able to offer advice to families both after the fact of death, as previous of successions

Once the course is finished, our students can manage with solvency all issues related to the Inheritance Tax.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
