Summary
The objective of this course is to provide the student with the necessary competences in the field of occupational risk prevention related to the specific performance of the figure of the preventive resource, based on PRL Law 31/1995 and the RD. 39/1997 Regulation of prevention services. The presence of the preventive resource is mandatory in a series of certain labor situations: provided that the risks may be aggravated or modified in the development of the process or the activity and that make the control of the correct application of the work methods precise, when dangerous processes or special risks are carried out or when the need for said presence is required by the Labor and Social Security inspection.

At the end of the training action, the student will have the basic knowledge of security and occupational and occupational risk prevention, being qualified to perform the functions of the preventive resource, collected in Art. 32 BIS, of the Law on the Prevention of Occupational Risk and in Art. 22 bis of Royal Decree 39/1997 Regulation of prevention services.
Who is it addressed to?
To all those professionals who wish to carry out the work of prevention of occupational hazards in their company in activities or processes that are regulated as dangerous or with special risks, thus exercising the functions of preventive resource or prevention delegate.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
