UF0281 COURSE PROGRAMMING AND COORDINATION OF THE PURCHASE, LOGISTICS, PRODUCTION AND FLOWER SERVICES

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of floral art and the management of florist activities, within the professional area of gardening. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the programming and coordination of the purchase, logistics, production and services of florist.

- Program the purchase of materials, raw materials and products and the hiring of external services, describing the process and the conditions in which it is carried out. - Relate and describe the raw materials and materials that supply a florist. - Describe flower and plants markets, indicating the typology of producing and intermediary companies. - Explain the main distribution channels of raw materials, materials and products. - Describe negotiation systems for raw materials, materials, products and services offered to florist. - Analyze stock replacement systems and control of "stocks" usually used in florist. - Coordinate the logistics, production and services of the Florist company analyzing and describing the different resources optimization systems. - Identify the products, raw materials and materials that can be stored and the storage requirements for their optimal conservation and maintenance. - Describe the systems of organization and distribution of materials, raw materials and products in the different departments of the florist. - Describe systems of optimization of the florist production process according to workload, times, personal, objectives, among others. - Describe the quality and supervision control process of the exhibited articles, orders, work carried out and services provided by Florist. - Describe the plant maintenance system in florist, listing the cultural work to be performed.

It develops its professional activity in the areas of creation and elaboration of compositions and ornamentations with flowers and plants, and of marketing and distribution, in florist and floral services companies of any size, both on their own and of others.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0281 Programming and Coordination of the purchase, logistics, production and florist services, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the agrarian world, specifically in floral art and management of florist activities, within the professional area of gardening, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the programming and coordination of the purchase, logistics, production and florist services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
