UF0331 Oral interactions course in the business environment

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the Professional Area of Information and Communication Management, more specifically in the assistance to the management, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the oral interactions in the business environment.

- Express orally in English fluently in situations of the professional and social sphere of assistance to the address, according to adequate courtesy standards, ensuring the perfect transmission of the information emitted and, demonstrating flexibility, effectiveness and spontaneity in the use of language. - Interact orally in English, with one or more interlocutors, fluidly in situations of the professional and social field, ensuring the perfect understanding and transmission of information and, demonstrating flexibility and spontaneity in the use of language.

It develops its professional activity, in large and medium -sized companies, both nationally and multinational, public and private, as well as in public administration and in international and non -governmental international organizations. It is a technician who acts depending on and as an assistant to the management and those responsible for the management and administration bodies, being able to make decisions with autonomy and responsibility by delegation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0331 oral interactions in the business environment, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who develop their professional activity in the world of administration and management, within the professional area Information and communication management, and more specifically in the assistance to the management, and in general, any person who wishes to expand and/or update their knowledge in oral interactions in the business environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
