UF2303 Course Organization of the collection, selection and manipulation of mushrooms and truffles

In the agricultural field, it is important to know the different fields related to the management of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles, within the agrarian professional area. In this way, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the inventory of mycotopes, mushrooms and truffles.

- Establish criteria for organization and supervision in the collection, selection and manipulation of edible mushrooms and truffles, according to previously elaborated program and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Prepare a human resources organization program in mushroom and truffle collection operations, depending on the established objectives and activities.

Manager of cultivation of mushrooms and truffles, in charge of production of mycorrhized plant, in charge of collection of mushrooms and truffles and in charge of mycological uses.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF2303 Unit Organization of the collection, selection and manipulation of mushrooms and truffles, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, thus as the Ministry of Labor itself (RD 627/2013, of August 2).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of agriculture, specifically in the management of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles, within the professional area of agriculture, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the inventory of mycotopes, mushrooms and truffles.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
