Resumen

In the field of agrarian it is necessary to know the different fields of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the preparation of the substrate, planting and incubation of the mycelium of saprophytes mushrooms.

Objetivos

- Perform substrate preparation operations for the cultivation of the different species of saprophyte mushrooms, applying the techniques established according to the species and type of packaging. - Perform planting operations and substrate incubation in different types of containers, applying established techniques.

Salidas profesionales

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, depending functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to be in their lower level personal.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF2408 formative unit preparation of the substrate, planting and incubation of the mycelium of saprophytes mushrooms, applying the established techniques.
