Summary

The rapid technological evolution and globalization have raised new challenges for the protection of personal data. This has made the need for public authorities and private entities to adapt to regulatory changes. Exceeding the expert course in the judicial expert specialist in data protection (DPO), you will obtain a certification issued and accredited by ANF in accordance with the AEPD scheme in Data Protection Delegate, in addition, you will obtain a university degree endorsed by Inesem Business School in the elaboration of expert reports that will allow you to register in the lists of judicial experts.

Goals

- Analyze the regulatory framework for personal data protection. - Learn about the basis of legitimizing the treatment and exercise of the rights of the interested parties. - Know the tools and techniques to perform a risk analysis and an impact assessment in data protection.
