Summary

In the field of trade and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial sales management, within the professional area of sale. Thus, with this Master in Commercial Sales Management, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to obtain and process the necessary information for the definition of commercial strategies and actions, more specifically, to carry out the basic economic-financial management of the sales activity and commercial intermediation.

Goals

- Prepare budgets with the data and forecast of income and expenses of the activity obtained from the information of products, services, customers or competition and using computer planning and economic management applications. - Analyze the basic economic-financial information of commercial activity by applying appropriate analysis techniques for the evaluation of the economic viability of the activity. Obtain the data and commercial information that allows the definition of different strategies and commercial plans in accordance with established objectives. - Organize information and commercial data obtained from products, services, customers and competence so that its integrity, use and periodic update is guaranteed using appropriate computer applications. - Determine the lines of action for the execution of promotional campaigns in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan. - Implement the promotional actions defined by those responsible for the commercial establishment itself or by any of the products/products manufacturers applying adequate merchandising techniques. - Program the action in the sale from defined commercial parameters and the positioning of the company/entity. - Prepare the basic documents derived from the action in the sale, applying the current regulations and in accordance with defined objectives. - Perform the calculations derived from defined sales operations, applying the appropriate commercial formulas. -Interpret the information of an oral discourse, in standard language, both live and broadcast, in different situations -type of relationship with a client/consumer -effectively interpret relevant information contained in written texts and basic commercial documents using the interpretation, manual and computer tools, and adequate sources of information.
