Summary
At present, knowledge from biomedical engineering is laying the foundations for an improvement in efficiency in the prevention and treatment of various human diseases. Many changes have already begun to be implemented in our health system, but much more research is still required to know the nature and way of acting against many other pathologies. With this Master in Biomedical Engineering, it is intended to introduce many of the disciplines involved in scientific advances within health sciences. The Master in Biomedical Engineering prepares you to know the most relevant technological advances in the sector with a direct application in fields of research in biosciences related to the production of medicines and biotechnological products. Fundamentally you will know what are the most relevant techniques used in research, or in the treatment of diseases through gene therapy.
Who is it addressed
This master's degree is aimed at professionals from the world of health sciences or biological sciences who wish to receive complementary biomedicine training. Anyway, they are also aimed at all those students who meet the requirements for access to the master's degree, and have the interest of entering the field of biomedicine.
Official character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
