Master PRL and Occupational Health Master in PRL, Occupational Health and Safety + University Degree (5 ECTS credits)

The prevention of occupational hazards is the set of all the actions and measures that are intended to prevent, minimize or eliminate the risks that are present in the workplaces and that can affect the safety of workers. Current regulations on PRL implies that both entrepreneurs and workers have training and general competences on it, even if this is not their main mission in the organization. The present Master, developed by Isem, although it has an unofficial character, develops a program and contents that provide the necessary knowledge in the field of PRL, so that all those students, which even lacking university degree, want to deepen this field of study.

- Understand the basic foundations of PRL management within the company. - Provide students with the specific knowledge of the different specialties that make up the PRL. - Knowing how to identify and evaluate potential risks and damage to the health of workers in work environments. - Manage the necessary resources for the elaboration of intervention programs that improve working conditions. - Evaluate results of PRL management programs. - Develop the necessary skills to guarantee an adequate level of workers' safety protection.

Management of occupational risk prevention or integrated management systems. Administrative structure in consultants and companies specialized in occupational safety and health or health surveillance. Advice and consulting external to third parties. Internal audits of the PRL management system.

This online master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, prepares you to perform auxiliary competencies to the officially legislated ones, in the field of occupational risk prevention, in all its technical specialties, that is, security at work, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and labor psychosociology, in addition to all those aspects of legislative and administrative, related to it.

This master's degree is especially aimed at all those potential students, who without university degree wish to guide their professional career or expand their knowledge in the field of PRL, including entrepreneurs, intermediate controls, department responsible and all kinds of workers in general, who have or want to have competences related to PRL.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
