MF0596_3 Course Computerized numerical control in mechanized mechanical form

In the field of mechanical manufacturing it is necessary to know the different fields of production in machining, formed and mechanical assembly, within the professional area mechanical production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for computered numerical control in mechanical mechanical.

- Develop CNC programs to obtain mechanical manufacturing products. - Program CNC machines depending on the type of machining and its conditions. - Prepare CAM programs for obtaining mechanical manufacturing products. - Simulate machining and optimize it, selecting the best machining method. - Mount the tools and useful conveniently, according to the sequence of operations scheduled and check its operating status. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of risks and application of environmental standards in the execution of operations in the machines used in the production of machining, formed and mechanical assembly.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0596_3 Computerized control module in mechanical machining and forming, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in the production in machining, formed and mechanical assembly, within the professional area mechanical production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the computterized numerical control in mechanized mechanized and mechanical forming.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
