MF1143-2 Course formed and armed of pipes

In the field of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction in particular, it is very important to proceed correctly in the realization of operations of elaboration, assembly and assembly of pipes, accessories and incorporated elements, as well as basic union operations, following the established procedures, interpreting plans and technical documentation, attending and respecting at all times the quality standards, environment and prevention of occupational hazards. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the forming and assembly of pipes.

- Obtain the necessary information for the forming and armed, interpreting plans, instruction sheets, technical documentation and work orders. - Prepare the job by collecting materials, preparing and maintaining equipment, tools, instruments and work protections, to make possible the forming and assembly of pipes in workshop, in accordance with the quality and prevention standards of occupational and environmental risks. - Form pipes for subsequent assembly, using appropriate equipment and tools, complying with quality standards, and occupational and environmental risk prevention. - Assemble sections of pipe, flags and grafts with the help of appropriate tools and by means of a toe (including the tig pointed) according to the prescribed specifications for the assembly of the pipes, complying with the standards of quality and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Perform the treatment operations that allow the pipes to be left in the optimal conditions of service, complying with quality and environmental risk prevention standards.

This professional is integrated into the production area. It depends organically on an intermediate command. In certain cases, operators may have under its responsibility, depending directly on the production manager.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1143_2 formative and armed pipe Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those whose profession is related to mechanical manufacturing and metal constructions, focusing on the forming and armed of pipes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
