MF1549-3 course non-destructive tests through the induced currents method

In the field of the chemical world it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and control of non -destructive tests, within the professional area analysis and control. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for non -destructive tests through the induced currents method.

- Prepare the piece or area to be tested as well as the work zone where the test is carried out by means of the induced currents method to adjust your conditions to the analysis. - Select the test technique through the induced currents method according to the characteristics of the piece to be inspected and the established plans. - Adjust the equipment and carry out the operations prior to the realization of the test by means of the induced currents method. - Supervise and/or execute the test through the induced currents method to ensure the detection of possible discontinuities in the piece, according to the established criteria, including the corresponding environmental safety and protection conditions. - Register, interpret and evaluate the results corresponding to the method of induced currents for the acceptance or rejection of the analyzed piece, according to the criteria previously established by its supervisor, and write, where appropriate, the technical instructions for the operator.

It develops its professional activity in companies of any size, public and private, on their own or foreign, of different sectors in quality control or in those dedicated to external inspection services, as well as in research centers. Being able to perform its function in the laboratory and with its field team at work, in structures or facilities. Depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior and may be in their lower level personal. This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1549_3 non -destructive trials through the Industrial Induced Method certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the chemical world and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to non -destructive essays through the industrial radiology method.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
