MF1741_2 Course Base training techniques applied to dogs

In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of base and canine education training, within the professional area Security and Prevention. Thus, with this courses it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the application of base training techniques applied to dogs.

- Analyze the behavior and physical characteristics of the dog, by observing its attitude towards physical contact, environmental stimulation, and interaction with it, for its selection and/or detection of characterological anomalies. - Modify the behavior of the dog, to perform basic impulse control exercises, obedience and overcoming obstacles, by applying a preferred work program. - Apply the safety criteria for third parties and self -protection during the management and training of dogs, as well as respect the regulations that are of animal welfare and protection of affliction. - Apply dog driving techniques, without belt control by the training, adapted to its morphological and behavior conditions and taking into account animal welfare, according to current regulations in the matter. - Apply obstacle drawing techniques, without control of the strap by the training, adapted to its morphological conditions and taking into account animal welfare, according to current regulations in the matter. - Apply the security criteria for third parties and self -protection during the management and training of dogs, as well as respect the regulations on welfare and animal protection are applicable.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and of others, in the field of small, medium and large private companies, residences, adoption centers of abandoned animals, veterinary clinics, homes of individuals, as well as, in public administrations and/or entities, related to breeding, training, sale, care and sports activities and recreational dogs. Its activity, generally, performs autonomously, although it can depend, circumstantially, on a hierarchical superior.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1741_2 training module based on dogs applied to dogs, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of safety and environment, specifically in training of base and marble education, within the professional area security and prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the basic training techniques applied to dogs.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
