Summary

In the field of the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial and technical management of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management and coordination of insurance distribution channels.

Goals

The Insurance Management Course has the following objectives: - Analyze the functions and organizational structure of the commercial area and the different distribution channels of an organization of the insurance and/or reinsurance sector type. - Analyze the organization of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment in the different types of distribution channels. - Apply the techniques of determination and selection of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment for different distribution channels, in an organizational structure, commercial objectives and areas of action defined. - Apply communication techniques in information processes/training equipment for different distribution channels, insurance entities and determined reinsurance. - Analyze leadership styles, and the motivation techniques of regular commercial equipment in coordination and communication with private insurance sales equipment, in different distribution channels. - Analyze commercial action plans, prospecting and sales equipment activities of different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels, according to defined objectives and budgets, and determining the degree of existing coordination. - Apply control and evaluation procedures for the development of commercial shares, and achievement of objectives of the sales equipment in the different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels.

Professional exits

The profile formed with this learning develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in establishments or branches of insurance and reinsure entities, in direct contact and through the different communication channels, with insurance mediators, reparators, experts and end customers of insurance and reinsurance.
