Summary

Thanks to this Judo monitor in progress you can specialize in the general bases of a sports monitor with the Judo specialty. Judo is a martial art and combat sport that has been perfecting and extending over time, making its practice an international sport. With this course of Judo Monitor you will not only acquire the necessary knowledge to learn judo and teach sessions of this, but you will also form learning anatomical, physiological and metabolism aspects that directly influence the practice of this sport, as well as to know the importance of psychology in sport. In addition, you will learn basic notions about prevention and treatment of injuries.

- Understand the anatomical and physiological bases of the movement in relation to the practice of judo. - Acquire knowledge in muscular physiology to understand muscle contraction processes. - Analyze the energy systems involved in the practice of judo and understand how they are used. - Explore the importance of food in sport - Learn to plan psychological training in judo. - Develop practical skills in the application of technical-technical media of judo

The Judo monitor course prepares you to acquire knowledge about anatomical and physiological basis, energy systems, metabolism and food food. In addition, it provides you with the necessary tools to plan psychological training and develop practical skills in the application of technical-technical media of judo. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
