Practical Course: Work team management

Teamwork is a segregation of responsibilities, but if the team is not well organized, coordinated and motivated the possibilities that work will go well are quite small. Work with the motivation and guidance of workers is a crucial step since the attitude of motivation makes workers less effective and productive in their work. Knowing how to coordinate, motivate and manage the resources provided by the different workers is a work of someone or internal or external to the working group itself, which in any case must not only keep workers motivated, but be prepared for resolution of possible conflicts, as well as establish realistic objectives and consistent with the situation that may be attainable. With this course the basic concepts will be acquired for all this being applicable not only in the workplace but also in the staff.

This course prepares you to apply teamwork techniques, working with the different types of leadership as a method to achieve different business objectives.

This course is aimed at people interested in applying teamwork and labor motivation, organizing effective work meetings. For this, the mechanisms that underlie the organizational change and the resistance to change differentiating between group and work team will be taught. Being all applicable both in a work and personal context.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
